Our cattle are raised on open Montana pasture, with room to move, fresh mountain air, and the kind of care that comes from being hands on every single day.
We take a slower, more intentional approach - allowing our animals to grow naturally before finishing them on high quality Montana grain to create the flavor, texture, and consistency you expect from premium beef.
We believe in honoring the whole animal.
This means going beyond just the popular cuts and offering a more complete way to buy beef; one that’s rooted in respect, sustainability, and real nourishment.
From everyday staples to lesser known cuts, we find creative ways to use the entire animal. Expect your box to include things like homemade bone broth, and ground beef made the ancestral way; organs included.
